- Properties: Analgesic, antimicrobial, antiputrefactive, antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent, digestive, diuretic, sedative, stomachic
- Diffuse: Diffuse for the mind; it is uplifting and revitalising and helps those feeling emotionally drained. It bolsters the spirit! It is also diffused in the treatment of additictions, nervous tension, hangovers and to stimulate the nervous system
- Bath: Add to a half filled bath to use for its diuretic properties and to help with cystitis. It is also a great oil to help with detoxifying (can be used with Black Pepper EO too)
- Massage: Blend with a carrier oil and massage to ease muscular aches and pains, gout pain, rheumatism and arthritis. It can also be used in this way to help the body and skin with the removal of toxins, for weight loss, to treat cystitis and gout and as a circulatory stimulant that helps with a sluggish lymphatic system, cold hands and feet, varicose veins and haemorrhoids.
- Cream or Lotion: Add to facial cream or body lotion and use for oily skin and acne, as well as weeping eczema, dermatitis, blocked pores, psoriasis and other inflammatory skin ailments.
