Delivery FAQ
Where do you deliver to?
Wild Products are based in Singapore and deliver locally and internationally. We deliver all items from Singapore.
Do you ship to PO BOX?
To ensure your orders arrive safely we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please choose a residential or office address to which we can ship your order.
What Delivery Methods do you have available?
At Wild’s checkout, you can select your delivery method.
• For SINGAPORE delivery, Singapore Post Smartpac and Courier delivery options are available.
• The courier that we use in Singapore is generally Ta Q Bin. Ta Q Bin have three delivery windows available, they are:
- 9am to 12noon
- 12 noon to 5pm, and
- 5pm to 8pm
You may select the most appropriate delivery window when placing your order.
• For MALAYSIA delivery, we generally use Ninjavan or Network Courier for delivery.
Cash On Delivery is not available.
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been collected by the courier or posted.
How long will delivery take?
We try and process all orders within two working days of receiving them, and for Singapore orders, you’ll then receive them the day after (so three working days).
For local deliveries, Ta Q Bin can deliver on weekends if you request this in the notes on your order.
The deliver time for International orders varies by location, but they are generally delivered in between 7 and 14 working days. If the customs service in your country is slow, then this will take longer.
How much does delivery cost?
For Singapore deliveries
• For orders less than $30 (after discounts):
- Singapore Post: $4.50
- Courier: $8.00
• For orders between $30 and $60 (after discounts):
- Singapore Post: FREE
- Courier: $4.50
• For orders greater than $60 (after discounts):
- Singapore Post: FREE
- Courier: FREE
For Malaysia deliveries
• For orders less than RM90 (after discounts):
- Courier: RM20.30
• For orders above RM90 (after discounts):
- Courier: FREE
International deliveries
International delivery rates are automatically calculated by our site. If a rate for your country is not calculated, please let us know and we’ll get the best rate we can for you. Please let us know the items and quantities and your delivery address. You can write to us by clicking HERE
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
For deliveries within Singapore, please contact us by clicking HERE and please quote your order number.
For overseas deliveries, we will provide a tracking number to check the status of your order.
Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
In Singapore
If you are using a courier and they have attempted to deliver your order but you were not present to receive it, they will contact you to arrange a re-delivery (for orders in Singapore only). If the courier is unable to reach you after two delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our offices and a re-delivery fee of $8.00 would be payable.
International
There is no re-delivery fee for international orders. If you are not available to receive the order, our partners will contact you to arrange re-delivery at a suitable time. If our partners are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your package may be returned to Wild’s office in Singapore. Should you face any problems, please contact us by clicking HERE
Can I collect my order directly from Wild Products?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service.
Returns FAQ
What is the return and exchange policy?
For defective or incorrect items, we have a 10-day return policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
2. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
3. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you changed your mind about a product.
4. This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable.
For returns, please contact us by clicking HERE with your order number and information on the affected item. Returned items must meet the requirements above.
Full refunds are only offered on a case-by-case basis.
Items that are Out of Stock will always be refunded in full.
What do I do if I encountered allergic reactions?
At Wild Products we specially select and create the products we carry to minimise any adverse reactions. The ingredients of the products are usually listed on the item's the page to identify if you have any sensitivity with certain ingredients. If you have experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred by clicking HERE. Wild will investigate this immediately and help find an appropriate solution. Please note, issues must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the item. In certain instances a medical certificate may be requested.
